Mobile App

We are transitioning to a mobile application that will replace the access tag and function as your key for door entry. You will also use the app to check in for your visits. Schedule

Instructions for Downloading the App

Download the “Huuma Club” app from your app store.

 Log in using your email address and password, just like in the online booking system.

Accept the terms of use and choose whether to allow the app to send notifications.

Allow the app to use location while using the app

Allow the app to find Bluetooth devices. Also make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your device.

You can find your membership details in the top corner of the app.

Under the “Booking” button, you can book classes for group exercise.

Bookings can be made with memberships that include group exercise.

When arriving at Huuma, open the door using the “Door” button.

Check in for your visit using the “Check in” button.

You can contact us directly through the app.

Access to Premium Classes

 To participate in Premium classes, you need the app. When you arrive at the studio, the instructor will check the list of registered participants. Please have the app open on your phone and go to the “Check in” tab. Only participants who have registered for the class are guaranteed a spot.

This change will take effect on February 2, 2026, once the free trial period has ended. 

Register for your reserved class by selecting “YES”

Registration completed successfully

The instructor will verify that your reservation status is “CHECKED IN”

Troubles with App

We have tested the app and, together with the developer, aimed to make this change as smooth and user-friendly as possible. However, occasional issues may still occur. Below are a few tips that may help.

  • The app says there is no active contract

    In this case, please make sure that we have your correct email address. Your email address is used as your username.

  • I can’t accept the terms and conditions

    On some phone models with a very high screen resolution, the app may not allow scrolling down. If this happens, you can temporarily change your phone’s font size to the default setting. Return to the app to accept the terms, and after that you can change the font size back to larger if you wish.

  • I don’t have a password

    You can request a new password directly through the app.

  • The app won’t let me request a new password

    In this case, please contact our customer service and we will check the status of your account.

  • I don’t have a smartphone

    Please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
